Mechanical Maintenance is at the core of our business services, from planned maintenance shutdowns to weekend overloads or even coverage for you staff on long term leave.

Our tradespeople work in a wide variety of industries and have experience in Operating Maintenance, Scheduled Shutdown Maintenance, New Construction and even Demolition and Salvage work. These different roles allow for them to bring unique ideas and solutions to your facility.

Fabrication

Our full service Steel Fabrication Facility in the Port Kells area of Surrey B.C. has produced equipment and structural steel for our clients for over 20 years.

Many of our Notable Projects include Structural and Mechanical Equipment produced in our own facility.

Sawmill Equipment, Conveyors, Walkways Stairs and Ladders, Chute work and more are all components we fabricate in house and can do so on short notice to assist with breakdowns and major repairs.

Our facility is CWB Certified and we employ CWB certified welders and supervisors to work with our Steel Fabrication team.

Civil and Carpentry

Our team of Carpenters handles project large and small from a landing pad for a new stairway to a 400 cu meter Jaw Crusher Foundation, Building Envelopes and Office or Lunchroom Construction.

This allows us to do all our Civil and Carpentry work in house and plan this work into the rest of our projects seamlessly and improve project integration.
